Overview
QIWEI JL-2C Colony counter is a digital display semi-automatic bacterial inspection instrument. It consists of a counter, a probe pen, a counting cell and other parts. It is designed and manufactured with CMOS integrated circuit, equipped with a black deep background counting cell and energy-saving ring lamp side-shot lighting, so that the colony contrast is clear. The instrument can reduce the labor intensity of the experimenter, improve the work efficiency and work mass.
Features
1. CMOS integrated circuit design and manufacturing, stable performance.
2. Black depth background counting pool with energy-saving ring light side-shot lighting, clear colony contrast.
3. Three-digit display design, in line with the requirements of bacterial counting inspection procedures.
4. With charging function, it can stand by for 30 days after charging.
5. With voice counting function.
6. Equipped with 5-10 times magnifying glass for easy observation.
7. Standard 2 colony counting probes.
Principle
The instrument counts the colonies at the bottom of the culture dish by touching the probe pen. Each effective contact will trigger an audible prompt ("beep" sound), and the colonies pointed will be marked with Color. The internal counter of the instrument automatically accumulates, and the final result is displayed through a three-digit display screen.
Applications
The inspection of bacteria in food, beverages, medicines, biological products, daily necessities, drinking water, industrial wastewater, and clinical specimens is required for laboratories of health and epidemic prevention stations, environment monitoring stations, food hygiene supervision and inspection institutes, biological products institutes, drug inspection institutes, food factories, daily chemical plants, Universities & colleges, and R & D institutions at all levels.
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, the light in the counting pool is on, and the display screen shows "000". Insert the probe pen into the instrument jack, and press the "reset" button to adjust zero.
2. Put in the culture dish to be inspected.
3. Use a probe pen to count all colonies one by one on the bottom of the culture dish, hear a "beep" to indicate that the count is valid, the colonies are marked, and the numbers are automatically accumulated.
4. Check carefully with magnifying glass to confirm that there is no omission of points.
5. The number of the display screen is the number of colonies of the culture dish.
6. After recording the numbers, take out the culture dish and press the "Reset" button to reset the display screen.
Notice
• When counting, each colony must hear a "beep" sound to indicate that it is effective, otherwise it should be focused.
• When the number of colonies in a culture dish exceeds 999, the inspection sample should be diluted and redone to ensure the accuracy of counting.
• Press the "reset" button in time after use to return the instrument to its original state.
