SANFA electric thermostatic incubator model DNP-9022-1A is a thermostatic foster equipment suitable for **, biological, agricultural research and other departments, for storing bacteria and biological foster. The product adopts microcomputer intelligent temperature control, has multiple safety protection functions, and the liner is made of mirror stainless steel to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, LED display setting temperature and box temperature, with parameter memory, call recovery, over-temperature protection, Sensor fault protection, leakage protection, over-current protection, sound and light alarm and timing functions.
2. The outer door has an observation window or double-decked door structure, the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the four-corner arc design is easy to clean.
3. Brand circulating fan and heating tube form a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature is automatically interrupted to ensure the safety of the experiment.
5. Optional upgrade multi-segment LCD color display intelligent temperature control instrument, supports multi-segment temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate setting and programming, with temperature layer control, automatic boot, standby, shutdown functions.
6. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regularly disinfect the box to effectively kill floating bacteria and prevent bacterial contamination.
7. Optional RS-485 interface is available to connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The electric thermostatic incubator precisely controls the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses a hot air circulation system composed of a circulating fan and a heating tube to make the air in the box flow evenly and achieve a stable thermostatic environment. An optional ultraviolet sterilization system disinfects the air in the box to ensure that the fostering process is pollution-free.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the box door and place the sample on the shelf.
3. Close the door and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the device and monitor the temperature display in the box.
5. Use the timing function to set the running time.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements before use.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to sound and light alarm prompts.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
• Optional functions such as temperature limit alarm and ultraviolet sterilization should be operated according to the instructions.
