Overview
SANFA electric thermostatic incubator model DNP-9162-1A is a device suitable for biological, agricultural research and other departments for storing bacteria and biological foster. It adopts microcomputer intelligent temperature control technology to ensure accurate and stable temperature, and supports a variety of safety protection and optional functions.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, LED display setting temperature and box temperature, with parameter memory, call recovery, over-temperature protection, Sensor fault protection, leakage protection, over-current protection, sound and light alarm and timing functions.
2. The outer door has an observation window or double-decked door structure, the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the four-corner arc design is easy to clean.
3. Brand circulating fan and heating tube form a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature is automatically interrupted to ensure the safety of the experiment.
5. Optional upgrade multi-segment LCD color display intelligent temperature controller, support Multi-Parameter one-screen display, menu operation, multi-segment temperature, circulating wind speed, time, heating rate setting and programming, as well as temperature layer control, automatic boot, standby, shutdown function.
6. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regularly disinfect the box, effectively kill floating bacteria, prevent bacterial pollution.
7. Optional RS-485 interface, connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The temperature is accurately set and displayed by the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, and the hot air circulation system composed of the circulating fan and the heating tube is used to heat the air in the box evenly to ensure the temperature is stable. Optional functions such as ultraviolet sterilization system sterilize through ultraviolet rays to prevent pollution; RS-485 interface realizes data recording and remote monitoring.
Applications
Biological and agricultural research
Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V 50Hz).
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. timing) through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, monitor the temperature display and alarm function, and ensure normal operation.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the liner.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency matches before use to avoid overload.
• Ensure equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Regularly clean the liner to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function, and deal with any abnormalities in time.
• Optional functions require additional configuration, confirm installation and settings before use.
• Avoid long-term operation in high temperature or humid environment to prolong equipment life.
