SANFA SHP-1000E biochemistry cultivating box is a High Accuracy thermostatic equipment designed for fostering experiments on bacteria, molds and other microorganisms. It is suitable for scientific research and production in the fields of bioengineering, medical research, environment protection, drug inspection, animal husbandry, aquatic products, universities, water body analysis and BOD determination, plant cultivation, preservation, etc.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box is controlled by PID through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, combined with a temperature circulation system composed of a brand Compressor and a micro-fan, to achieve precise adjustment and uniform distribution of the temperature in the box. Fluorine-free refrigeration technology ensures high efficiency and energy saving, and an independent temperature limit alarm system monitors the temperature to prevent over-temperature accidents.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and timing parameters through the LCD touch screen.
3. Place the foster on the adjustable shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the temperature and humidity changes in the box.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the cabinet.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 35 ℃.
Check whether the Power frequency meets the 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Regularly clean the liner and observation window to avoid contamination.
When the temperature is over or abnormal, the device will automatically interrupt and alarm, and deal with it in a timely manner.
Optional functions such as RS-485 interface require additional configuration.
Avoid violent vibration during handling to prevent damage to internal components.
