Overview
SANFA SHP-160DA cryogenic biochemistry cultivating box is a cryogenic equipment specially designed for fostering serum, medicine and microorganism fostering environmental testing. It is suitable for environment protection, agriculture and livestock, drug inspection, aquatic products and other research, college experiments and production departments.

1. Microcomputer intelligent LCD controller, with timing, over-temperature, over-current, power failure, alarm safety protection functions.
2. Brand Compressor and circulating fan, environmentally friendly without fluorine refrigerant, reasonable evaporative condenser system, can quickly cool, with high effective, low energy consumption and long service life.
3. Double door structure, the inner door is tempered Glass door, good thermal insulation performance. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc, easy to clean the box, shelf adjustable.
4. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
5. Multi-stage programmable color LCD controller, with multi-stage programming function and one-screen display of various parameters, which can simplify the complex test process (optional).
6. With RS-485 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a computer, capable of recording the changing state of temperature parameters (optional).
7. The left side of the box can be set with a φ 25mm test hole, which is convenient for experimental operation and temperature measurement (optional).
Principle
The incubator uses microcomputer intelligent LCD controller for precise temperature control, combined with brand Compressor and circulating fan, using environmentally friendly refrigerant without fluorine and reasonable evaporative condenser system to achieve rapid cooling and stable temperature environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature range (-20~ 65 ℃) and Timer Range (1~ 9999min).
3. Start the microcomputer intelligent LCD controller for temperature control.
4. Adjust the shelf position as needed.
5. Optional connection to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Notice
- Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ℃.
- Power frequency is 220V 50Hz before use.
- Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
Optional functions require additional configuration, such as independent temperature limit alarm system, multi-stage programmable controller, etc.
Avoid over-temperature operation to prevent automatic interruption of protection.
