Overview
SANFA SHP-300DB cryogenic biochemistry cultivating box is a special cryogenic equipment suitable for environment protection, agricultural and livestock, drug testing, aquatic research, college experiments and production departments, used to foster serum, drugs and microorganisms to foster environmental testing.

1. Microcomputer intelligent LCD controller, with timing, over-temperature, over-current, power failure, alarm safety protection functions.
2. Brand Compressor and circulating fan, environmentally friendly without fluorine refrigerant, reasonable evaporative condenser system, can quickly cool, with high effective, low energy consumption and long service life.
3. Double door structure, the inner door is tempered Glass door, good thermal insulation performance. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and a half arc, easy to clean the box, shelf adjustable.
4. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
5. Multi-stage programmable color LCD controller, with multi-stage programming function and one-screen display of various parameters, which can simplify the complex test process (optional).
6. With RS-485 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a computer, capable of recording the changing state of temperature parameters (optional).
7. The left side of the box can be set with a φ 25mm test hole, which is convenient for experimental operation and temperature measurement (optional).
Principle
The product uses microcomputer intelligent LCD controller for temperature control, combined with brand Compressor and circulating fan, using environmentally friendly refrigerant without fluorine and reasonable evaporative condenser system to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature regulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature range (-40~ 65 ℃) through the microcomputer intelligent LCD controller.
3. Set the Timer Range (1~ 9999min) as needed.
4. Place the sample on the adjustable shelf and close the double door.
Start the device, monitor changes in temperature parameters, and use optional functions such as RS-485 interface to record data if necessary.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner.
Notice
Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ℃.
Check whether the Power frequency meets the 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene.
Optional functions such as independent temperature limit alarm system, multi-stage programmable controller, RS-485 interface and test hole need to be configured according to actual needs.
Avoid over-temperature operation to prevent the equipment from automatically interrupting.
