Overview
MHP-1000E mildew incubator is a High Accuracy thermostatic equipment with refrigeration and heating control functions produced by SANFA brand, specially designed for microbial fostering experiments such as bacteria and molds. The equipment is suitable for scientific research and production in the fields of bioengineering, medical research, environment protection, drug testing, animal husbandry, aquatic products, universities, water body analysis and BOD determination, plant cultivation and preservation.
Features
1. The box is made of high-quality steel plate, the surface is sprayed with plastic, the liner is mirror stainless steel, the four corners and a half arc design, easy to clean, the distance between the shelves in the box is adjustable, and the outer door has an observation window or a tempered inner Glass double-decked door.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent liquid crystal temperature controller, using PID control, touch buttons, while displaying the set temperature and the temperature in the box, high temperature control accuracy, with timing function, and over-temperature, over-current protection and sound and light alarm functions.

Principle
Mildew incubator is PID controlled by a microcomputer intelligent thermostat, combined with a refrigeration and heating system for precise temperature regulation. Brand-name fans drive the temperature cycle to ensure even distribution of temperature inside the box. Fluorine-free refrigeration technology operates efficiently and is equipped with safety protection mechanisms such as over-temperature alarms to maintain a stable foster environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature range (0~ 60 ℃) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the smart Touchscreen.
3. Place the foster on an adjustable spaced shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, monitor the temperature and alarm function, and ensure normal operation.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the cabinet.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 35 ℃.
Check whether the Power frequency meets the 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the alarm system to prevent accidents.
Regularly clean the liner and observation window to keep the equipment hygienic.
Optional functions such as RS-485 interface need to be connected and used according to the instructions.
