Overview
LGP-160 Artificial climate box is an intelligent programmable foster device with LED Illuminant. It is widely used in microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling test, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding. It can accurately simulate different environment climate conditions. It is an ideal equipment for R & D institutions such as colleges, laboratories, environment protection, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry to engage in thermostatic, constant humidity and light experiment fostering.

1. Humanized touch buttons, large-screen LCD display, intelligent program control temperature, Humidity, lighting, menu operation, Multi-Parameter display on the same screen.
2. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design, easy to disinfect and clean, Shelf can be adjusted arbitrarily.
3. A 30-segment program can be set to simulate the temperature, Humidity, and light changes of nature during the day and night, as well as multi-directional Illuminant. The setting parameters can be automatically stored during a power outage, and the original program can continue to run after power on.
4. Equipped with a variety of LED Illuminants suitable for plant growth, it has the characteristics of no thermal interference, energy saving and environmental protection, stability, long life, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and extracts useful light that is conducive to plant growth. Optional overhead flat light can be used to ensure that the Illuminant is fully and evenly absorbed.
5. Adopt a suitable air duct circulation system to ensure that the wind inside the studio is evenly distributed and does not blow to plant seedlings.
6 Compressor, circulating fan and other key components are brand products, safe and reliable.
7. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, which can automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
8. Upgraded E series (optional) also has a large-screen color screen display. Illumrination degree is automatically detected and controlled by Light Sensor to reduce the attenuation and error caused by lamp aging. Optional SMS alarm system, notify the specified member by SMS when the equipment fails.
Principle
The Artificial climate box precisely adjusts the temperature, Humidity and illumination in the box through an intelligent program Control system. Its LED Illuminant system can simulate the natural light spectrum, and the air duct circulation system ensures a uniform and stable environment. The equipment can be programmed to run multi-stage experimental programs to simulate changes in day and night and complex climate conditions, providing a controlled and stable growth environment for the foster.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (~ 220V 50Hz).
2. Perform menu operation through Touchscreen to set the required temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and other parameters.
Up to 30 sessions can be set up, each with a time range of 1-9999 minutes, to simulate complex day and night or climate change.
4. Select the lighting method (such as two-sided lighting, three-sided lighting, etc.) and the light intensity level.
5. Place the foster and adjust the internal Shelf position as needed.
6. Start the program and the device starts running.
7. During operation, real-time parameters can be observed through a large screen.
8. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean and disinfect the mirror stainless steel liner.
