Overview
SANFA DHG-9023A Benchtop drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. It has the functions of drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and so on. The box is made of good steel plate welding, the surface is electrostatic spraying, the working room is made of stainless steel, equipped with microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and hot air circulation system.
Features
1. The inside and outside of the box are welded with good steel plates, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the working room is mirror stainless steel or high temperature resistant silver paint, the door has an observation window or a double door structure, and the shape is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. Microcomputer intelligent LED display temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, while displaying the set temperature and the temperature in the box, with overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm function, timing function. (Optional intelligent LCD temperature controller)
3. Adopt low noise fan and suitable air duct to form hot air circulation system, dry hot air directly through the heated object drying, sterilizing.
4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and the low-noise fan and suitable air duct are used to form a hot air circulation system, so that the dry and hot air can be used in the domestic circulation of the box and directly through the heated object to realize the process of drying, baking and melting wax, sterilizing and so on.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
3. Monitor the temperature in the box to ensure that it is within the set range.
4. After reaching the set time, the device will automatically stop or shut down manually.
