SANFA DHG-9053 Benchtop blast drying oven is a equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other scenes, for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes. The model has a volume of 53L, adopts a good steel plate welded box, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the liner is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint, and is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent LED display temperature controller, which is accurate and reliable in temperature control.

Principle
The equipment precisely controls the heating system through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to generate heat. The hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and a specific air duct forcibly circulates dry and hot air inside the studio, so that the hot air directly and evenly passes through the object to be treated, so as to achieve efficient and uniform drying, baking or sterilizing effects.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard 2 shelves, and close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer intelligent LED display temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, the hot air circulation system runs, and the equipment works according to the set procedure.
5. During the working process, the internal situation can be observed through the observation window, and the temperature controller will display the temperature in the box in real time.
6. After the timing is over, the equipment stops heating, or after the work is completed, turn off the power supply, and after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the door and take out the items.
Notice
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying and stable place for use.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
• Do not block the air duct in the box when placing items to ensure uniform hot air circulation.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is working and just after the end, do not touch the inside of the box, and prevent burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
• Please use the specified 220V 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
• Be sure to cut off the power supply before cleaning the equipment, until the box is completely chilled down.
• If the device issues an alarm (such as over temperature, Sensor failure, etc.), it should be checked immediately after power failure.
• Regularly check whether the power cord and plug of the equipment are in good condition.
