3. Adopt low noise fan and suitable air duct to form hot air circulation system, dry hot air directly through the heated object drying, sterilizing.
4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The equipment adopts a low-noise fan and a suitable air duct to form a hot air circulation system, which directly passes through the heated object through dry and hot air for drying and sterilizing. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument ensures precise temperature control and realizes efficient hot air circulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the equipment door and place the items to be processed on the shelf.
3. Set the required temperature (Temperature range RT + 10~ 250 ℃) and timing time (1~ 9999min).
4. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
5. Monitor the temperature display, and the device automatically controls the temperature and alarms abnormalities.
6. After the timing is over, turn off the device and remove the items.

• Power frequency check before use to meet 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Ensure that items are placed evenly in the workplace to avoid affecting Temperature Uniformity.
