Overview
SANFA DHG-9240A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. It has the functions of drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and so on. The box body is welded with good steel plate, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the working room is made of stainless steel, and it is equipped with a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control instrument and a hot air circulation system to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.
Features
1. The inside and outside of the box are welded with good steel plates, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the working room is mirror stainless steel or high temperature resistant silver paint, the door has an observation window or a double door structure, and the shape is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. Microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, while displaying the set temperature and the temperature inside the box, with overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm function, timing function (optional intelligent LCD temperature controller).
3. Adopt low noise fan and suitable air duct to form hot air circulation system, dry hot air directly through the heated object drying, sterilizing.
4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer, and the hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts is used to make the dry hot air in the domestic circulation of the box and directly pass through the heated object to realize the process of drying, baking and melting wax, sterilizing and so on.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
3. Monitor the temperature in the box to ensure compliance with the setting requirements.
4. After completing the work, turn off the device and disconnect the power.

• Power frequency check before use to meet 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Avoid over-temperature use to prevent overheating damage to the equipment.
• Regularly clean the studio and keep the equipment hygienic.
