The box is made of good steel plate welding, the surface is electrostatic spraying, the studio is made of stainless steel, equipped with microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control instrument and hot air circulation system.

4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer, and the hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts is used to make the dry hot air in the domestic circulation of the box and directly pass through the heated object to realize drying and sterilization.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the equipment door and place the object to be processed on the shelf.
3. Close the door and set the required temperature (Temperature range RT + 10-300 ℃) and timing time (1-9999min) through the microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, drying or sterilizing.
5. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops and the object is removed.
Notice
Check whether the Power frequency meets the 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Avoid overheating use and pay attention to the overheating alarm function.
Regularly check Sensors and electrical components to prevent leakage failures.
Make sure the door is closed tightly during operation to maintain Temperature Uniformity.
Wipe with a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid damaging the surface spray layer.
