SANFA DHG-9202-00A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, with drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other functions. The product adopts a good steel plate welded box, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the studio is made of mirror stainless steel, equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and a hot air circulation system to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.

4. The upgraded LCD temperature controller supports programmable temperature control, and can optionally be equipped with RS-485 interface to connect the recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The electric thermostatic drying oven accurately sets and controls the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, and uses the hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to make the dry and hot air circulate evenly inside the studio and directly act on the heated object to realize the process of drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature (range RT + 10-300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Place the object to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, monitor the temperature display and alarm function.
5. After the timing expires, the device automatically stops or manually shuts down to remove the object.
