Overview
SANFA DHG-9202-3 electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, with drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other functions. The box is made of good steel plate welding, the surface is electrostatic spraying, the studio is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint, equipped with microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and hot air circulation system.

Principle
The heating system is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, combined with a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and a suitable air duct, so that the dry and hot air circulates inside the studio and directly passes through the heated object to realize the functions of drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10-300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999min) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work
4. Monitor the set temperature on the display screen and the temperature in the box
5. Turn off the device after completing the work
Notice
The equipment has the functions of overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm, and should be dealt with in time when an alarm occurs
Power frequency is 220V 50Hz before use
Note that the Studio Temperature Uniformity is +/- 3 ℃ (test point is 100 ℃)
The timing function can be set for 1-9999 minutes, which needs to be set reasonably.
