Overview
SANFA DHG-9202-3A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, with drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other functions. The box body is welded with good steel plate, the surface is electrostatic spraying, the studio is made of mirror stainless steel, equipped with microcomputer intelligent temperature control system and hot air circulation system to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.
Features
1. The inside and outside of the box are welded with good steel plates, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the studio is mirror stainless steel or sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint, and the door has an observation window or a double door structure, which is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. Microcomputer intelligent LED display temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, while displaying the set temperature and the temperature inside the box, with overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm function, timing function (optional intelligent LCD temperature controller).
3. Adopt low noise fan and suitable air duct to form hot air circulation system, dry hot air directly through the heated object drying, sterilizing.
4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The heating system is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, combined with the hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts, so that the dry and hot air is evenly circulated in the box, and directly passes through the heated object to realize the drying, baking and melting wax or sterilizing process.
