TBJ-X3-DJ30 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental equipment integrating China bar, removable drawdown blade, Vacuum chuck and heating. It adopts imported accessories and has a good price. By controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader, the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader glue coating are guaranteed, the problem of artificial film inconsistency is solved, and the film reproducibility is improved. It is suitable for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. The device has UV UV curing function, which is suitable for UV glue, UV ink, etc.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, combines a removable drawdown blade or bar for Spreader, and uses heating and UV curing functions to treat the coating to achieve precise wet-film preparation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage.
2. Install removable drawdown blades or bars as required.
3. Set Spreader speed and pressure parameters.
4. Start the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate.
5. Spreader operation.
6. Enable heating or UV curing function as required.
7. Remove and clean the drawdown blade after completing the film.
