Principle
The equipment precisely controls the heating system through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to generate heat. At the same time, the hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and a suitable air duct forcibly circulates the dry and hot air inside the studio and evenly passes directly through the heated object, so as to achieve the purpose of drying, baking, melting wax or sterilizing.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to a 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf (standard 3 pieces), and close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the fan and heating system start to work, and the hot air circulation system runs.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the set temperature and the actual temperature in the box can be observed through the temperature controller.
6. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the equipment may automatically stop heating (depending on the timing function). After the temperature in the box drops to the safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Power supply voltage 380V 50Hz before use.
* Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items in the box.
* When the equipment is running and just finished running, the temperature in the box is very high, do not directly touch the liner and shelf, pay attention to high temperature burns when taking out items.
* Do not disassemble or modify the equipment at will, so as not to affect the performance or cause failure.
The equipment has alarm functions such as overheating and leakage. In case of alarm, please check the cause in time.
* Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for the box to chill down completely.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
