4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The use of low noise fans and suitable air duct composition of hot air circulation system, through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument to precisely control the temperature, dry hot air in the box domestic circulation, directly through the heated object to achieve drying and sterilizing process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 380V 50Hz.
2. Open the equipment door and place the object to be processed on the shelf.
3. Close the door and set the required temperature (RT + 10-200 ° C) and timing time (1-9999min) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, drying or sterilizing.
5. After the timing ends, the device automatically stops, or manually turns off the power and removes the object.
Notice
Power frequency meets 380V 50Hz requirements before use.
Avoid blocking hot air circulation when placing objects.
The set temperature should not exceed 200 ° C to avoid overheating.
Regularly check the equipment, if there is overheating, leakage or Sensor failure alarm, immediately stop using and contact maintenance.
When selecting the RS-485 interface, connect the recorder or computer correctly according to the instructions.
