Principle
The equipment generates heat through an electric heating device. The forced hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and a specific air duct continuously circulates the dry hot air inside the studio and evenly passes directly through the object to be treated, so as to realize the purpose of drying, baking, melting wax or sterilizing. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control system monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure the stability and accuracy of the working process.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to a 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf (standard 4 pieces), and close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the fan and the heating system start to work, and enter the automatic temperature control operation state.
5. After the set time is reached or the processing is completed, the device may automatically stop heating (depending on the timing function). After the temperature drops, remove the item and turn off the power.
Notice
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated and stable place for use.
Please make sure to use a 380V 50Hz power supply and check whether the grounding is reliable.
When placing items should not be too dense, should leave a gap to ensure hot air circulation effect.
The temperature in the box is high, so pay attention to preventing burns when picking up and placing items.
Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
Pay attention to observe the status of the temperature controller. If there is an alarm such as overtemperature or leakage, it should be checked and dealt with in time.
Be sure to cut off the power supply before cleaning the equipment, until the box is completely chilled down.
