Overview
SANFA DHG-9960 vertical blast drying oven is a equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, for drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other functions. The model has a volume of 960L and adopts a vertical design. The liner can be sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint material.

4. Optional upgraded LCD temperature controller, with programmable temperature control function, and optional RS-485 interface, connecting the recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The equipment sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses a hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and specific air ducts to force the dry and hot air to circulate inside the studio and flow directly through the objects to be treated, so as to achieve a uniform and efficient drying, baking or sterilizing process.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to a 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard 5 shelves, and then close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, the hot air circulation system runs, and the equipment is heated according to the set program.
5. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window, and the temperature controller will display the set temperature and the actual temperature in the box synchronously.
6. After the timing is over, the equipment will automatically stop working, or enter the thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature. After the temperature in the box naturally chills down to the safe range, the door can be opened to take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying and stable environment.
• Please make sure to use a 380V 50Hz power supply and check whether the grounding is reliable.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct in the box to ensure uniform hot air circulation.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after running, do not touch the inside of the box and the shelf, and prevent burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
• If the equipment issues an alarm such as overtemperature or leakage, the power should be cut off immediately and the cause of the failure should be checked.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment, wipe it with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store the equipment in a drying place.
