Overview
DHG-9023J Precision thermostatic blast drying oven is a high Accuracy temperature control equipment designed for Universities & colleges, laboratories, R & D institutions, suitable for applications such as drying and sterilizing. Advanced technology ensures temperature stability and ease of operation.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
2. Equipped with P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller and liquid crystal display, it can quickly reach the set value and operate accurately and stably.
3. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, overheating is automatically interrupted to ensure experimental safety (optional).
4. Optional printer or RS-485 interface can be used to connect the printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which is convenient for experimental operation and temperature measurement.
Principle
The temperature is precisely adjusted by the P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller, and the temperature in the box is evenly distributed in combination with the blast system to ensure stable operation within the set range, which is suitable for High Accuracy Temperature Control requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the device and monitor temperature changes.
3. Use the test hole for temperature measurement or experimental operation.
4. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the cabinet.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Pay attention to whether the independent temperature limit alarm system is activated when overheating.
Optional features require additional configuration, such as a printer or RS-485 interface.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to maintain equipment hygiene.
