Overview
DHG precision thermostatic blast drying oven is suitable for drying and sterilizing in Universities & colleges, laboratories, and R & D institutions with high temperature control accuracy. The product model is DHG-9123J, with a volume of 105L and a mirror stainless steel liner. It has High Accuracy Temperature Control and various safety functions.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
2. Adopt P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller and liquid crystal display to quickly reach the set value and operate more accurately and stably.
3. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
4. With a printer or RS-485 interface, it can be connected to a printer or computer to record changes in temperature parameters (optional).
There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which is convenient for experimental operation and temperature measurement.
Principle
The drying oven precisely adjusts the temperature through the P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller, and combines the blast system to achieve uniform heating to ensure that the temperature in the box quickly reaches the set value and remains stable. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature is abnormal to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the device and wait for the temperature to reach the set value.
3. Place the sample for drying or sterilizing.
4. After processing is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the cabinet.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment hygienic.
• Optional functions such as temperature limit alarm and communication interface require additional configuration.
• Avoid over-temperature operation to prevent damage to the equipment.
