Overview
HP-070A drying oven/incubator (dual-use) is a new generation of laboratory trial products launched by the SANFA brand. It combines many years of production experience and introduces foreign professional technology. It is suitable for both drying and fostering purposes. The product has a wide range of applications, is simple and convenient to operate, and is of high quality and reliability. It can help Universities & colleges, scientific research and production units save time and improve work efficiency.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners half arc design, easy to clean, adjustable shelf spacing.
2. Intelligent microcomputer controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, with over-temperature, Sensor failure, leakage, overcurrent and other protection functions, support sound and light alarm and timing functions.
3 drying, foster replacement operation is simple and convenient, intelligent control.
4. Forced warm air circulation design to ensure uniform temperature in the studio.
5. Using silicone rubber sealing strip and double-decked Glass observation window, easy to observe.
6. Optional RS-485 interface can be connected to an embedded printer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).
Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature through an intelligent microcomputer controller and adopts a forced warm air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the studio. In drying mode, the temperature range can reach 80~ 250 ° C, Fluctuation +/- 1 ° C; in foster mode, the temperature range is RT + 5~ 80 ° C, Fluctuation +/- 0.5 ° C, to achieve dual functions of drying and fostering.
Applications
Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, production units
Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Select the drying or foster mode as needed, and set the temperature parameters through the intelligent microcomputer controller.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing to adapt to different items.
4. Start the equipment, monitor temperature changes, and use the observation window to view the internal situation in real time.
5. Optional RS-485 interface to connect to the printer to record data.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean it.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 35 ° C before use.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to equipment protection functions such as sound and light alarms.
• Pay attention to the liner material when cleaning and wipe it with a soft cloth.
• Regularly check the sealing strip and observation window to ensure they are in good condition.
• Optional functions require additional configuration, not standard.
