The SANFA DZF-6020 Vacuum oven is a laboratory device with a microcomputer temperature controller, a cuboid studio design, and a large effective volume utilization rate. The equipment is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis, easy-to-oxidation substances and complex components.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the boiling point by creating a vacuum environment, allowing materials to dry quickly at lower temperatures. The equipment uses a microcomputer temperature controller to precisely control the heating temperature, and maintains a stable vacuum environment through solenoid valves and vacuum systems to prevent material oxidation.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature parameters
Step 4 Start the vacuum system
5. Add inert gas as needed
Step 6 Start the drying process
7. Slowly release the vacuum after drying
