Overview
SANFA DZF-6020ES Vacuum oven is a stainless steel studio drying equipment with microcomputer temperature control and digital display Vacuum Level meter function. The equipment is suitable for fast and effective drying treatment of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances, and can work in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent oxidation.

Principle
Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through the vacuum system to create a low-oxygen or inert gas environment, and at the same time heats and dries the goods through the heating system. The digital display Vacuum Level uses a resistance silicon tube pressure sensor to monitor the Vacuum Level, and a microcomputer temperature controller precisely controls the heating temperature to achieve safe drying of goods in an oxygen-free environment.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Start the vacuum system to evacuate
5. Access to inert gas when required
6. Monitor Temperature and Vacuum Level Display
7. bleed operation after drying

※ The operating ambient temperature should be maintained within the range of 5–40°C.
※ Ensure the door is properly sealed before use.
※ The equipment operates normally when the vacuum level reaches 133 Pa.
※ The heating temperature must not exceed 200°C.
※ The power supply requirements are 220V, 50Hz.
※ The equipment’s power consumption is ≥300W.
※ The working chamber is made of stainless steel; do not use corrosive chemicals.
※ The optional RS-485 interface requires separate configuration.
