Overview
The SANFA DZF-6021 Vacuum oven is a cuboid studio designed product with high effective volume utilization and accurate and reliable temperature control with a microcomputer temperature controller. It is suitable for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis, easy-to-oxidation substances and complex components.

Principle
Vacuum oven through the microcomputer temperature controller to precisely control the temperature, and the use of solenoid valves and digital display Vacuum Level meter automatically adjust the Vacuum Level, to ensure that no oxygen or inert gas environment for drying treatment, to prevent oxidation of substances.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Adjust the closure of the box door to ensure sealing.
3. Set the required temperature and use a microcomputer temperature controller to control the temperature.
4. Start the equipment, add inert gas or adjust Vacuum Level as needed.
5. Observe the objects in the work room and monitor the temperature and Vacuum Level through the LCD screen.
6. After drying, turn off the device and disconnect the power.
Notice
Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 40 ℃.
Check whether the Power frequency meets the 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Avoid operating in humid or flammable environments.
Regularly check the door sealing ring and vacuum system to ensure sealing.
When drying heat-sensitive substances, pay attention to control the temperature to prevent analysis.
Follow safety procedures during operation to prevent electric shock or burns.
