SANFA DZF-6051 Vacuum oven is a professional drying equipment with microcomputer temperature controller. It has a cuboid studio design and has a large effective volume utilization rate. The equipment is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis, easy-to-oxidize substances and complex composition items quickly and effectively.

Principle
Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through the vacuum system, reduces the air pressure, and makes the substance dry quickly at a lower temperature. The heating temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer temperature controller, and the Vacuum Level is automatically controlled by a digital vacuum meter to ensure a stable pressure value and is not affected by the airflow.

Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Start the vacuum system to evacuate
5. Add inert gas as needed
6. Start the heating drying process
7. Monitor drying status through observation window
8. Turn off the equipment after drying
