Overview
SANFA DZF-6420 Vacuum oven is a kind of equipment suitable for rapid and effective drying treatment of heat-sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components. It adopts a cuboid studio to improve the volume utilization rate, and can work in an oxygen-free or inert gas environment to prevent sample oxidation. It is widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields for powder drying, baking and disinfection of Glass ware sterilization.

10. Optional RS-485 interface, connecting printer and computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The Vacuum oven precisely heats the studio through a microcomputer temperature controller, and at the same time uses a vacuum pump to extract the air in the box to create a low-oxygen or inert gas environment. Its digital vacuum gauge uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to monitor and automatically control the Vacuum Level to ensure stable pressure. This method of heating in a low-pressure environment can effectively reduce the boiling point of substances and accelerate the evaporation of water or solvents. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis or easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closure tightness of the box door as needed to ensure sealing.
3. If an inert gas environment is required, gas can be introduced through an integrated intake valve.
4. Set the required temperature parameters through a microcomputer temperature controller.
5. Start the equipment, the vacuum system (e.g. solenoid valve, vacuum pump) starts to work, and the air in the box is extracted to the set Vacuum Level (e.g. 133Pa).
6. The heating system starts to work, drying, baking or sterilizing the items in the set vacuum environment.
7. After the treatment is completed, the vacuum can be slowly released through the bleed valve.
8. After the pressure in the box returns to normal pressure and the temperature drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 5~ 40 ℃.
The power requirements are~ 380V 50Hz, and the power consumption is ≥ 4000W. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
Please check whether the sealing ring of the box door is in good condition before operation to ensure the Vacuum Level.
After the treatment is completed, it should be slowly deflated to avoid sudden changes in pressure affecting the sample or equipment.
When picking up and placing items, please pay attention to the temperature of the studio to prevent burns.
Keep the equipment clean, especially the studio and sealing parts.
