Overview
SANFA DZF-6920 Vacuum oven is a kind of equipment used for powder drying, baking and sterilizing Glass containers. It is especially suitable for rapid and effective drying treatment of heat-sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components. It is widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields.

9. Optional RS-485 interface is available to connect printers and computers to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the working room through the vacuum system, thereby reducing the boiling point of water, so that the material can be dried quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, it can be operated in an oxygen-free or inert gas-filled environment to effectively prevent the analysis and oxidation of heat-sensitive and easy-to-oxidize substances. Microcomputer temperature controller and digital vacuum meter precisely control the temperature and Vacuum Level to ensure the stability and efficiency of the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Pump the studio to the required Vacuum Level (e.g. 133Pa) through the vacuum system, which can be monitored through the digital display Vacuum Level meter.
4. Set the microcomputer temperature controller to the target temperature (RT + 10 to 200 ° C).
5. If an inert gas environment is required, gas can be filled through an integrated valve.
6. Start the heating drying process and observe the interior through the double-decked Glass door.
7. After drying, slowly release the vacuum through the air release valve, and open the door to take out the items after the pressure in the box is restored.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 5~ 40 ℃.
Power supply voltage meets the requirements (this model is 380V 50Hz).
Check whether the sealing ring of the box door is intact before operation to ensure the Vacuum Level.
The process of vacuuming and gassing should be carried out slowly to protect the sample and equipment.
When drying heat-sensitive substances, the temperature should be set reasonably to avoid overheating.
Power consumption of the equipment is large (≥ 6000W), so it is necessary to ensure the safety of the power supply line.
Avoid using corrosion cleaners when cleaning, so as not to damage the stainless steel liner.
