Principle
The equipment generates high-temperature steam by electric heating, forming a pressure and high-temperature environment in a closed sterilizing chamber. Cold air and condensate are discharged through the steam discharge valve to ensure the sterilizing effect. The safety valve automatically controls the internal pressure and temperature, and effectively sterilizes the items after reaching the preset sterilizing conditions (such as 126 ° C).

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. Open the steam valve and add an appropriate amount of water to the Autoclave.
3. Put in the items to be sterilized to ensure that they are placed reasonably.
4. Close and lock the Autoclave cover with a radial self-expanding cover structure.
5. Turn on the power switch and start heating.
6. Observe the pressure gauge, and close the steam valve when steam continues to spray out of the steam valve.
7. After the pressure and temperature rise to the set range (such as 126 ° C), the safety valve will automatically control and start sterilizing.
8. After sterilizing, turn off the power supply, and slowly open the steam valve to release the residual steam after the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
9. Open the Autoclave cover and remove the item.
10. Drain condensed water through the faucet to complete the operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before use.
• Do not touch the hot surface other than the bakelite star screw during operation to prevent burns.
• During the sterilizing process, the safety valve is automatically controlled, please do not adjust it manually.
• Before the pressure is completely zero, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the Autoclave cover.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the faucet to maintain equipment performance.
• Pay attention to the anti-dry burning function, but still make sure to add enough water.
