Overview
SANSHEN YX280/15 (timed numerical control) is a portable stainless steel pressure steam Autoclave made of SUS304 stainless steel for safe and reliable performance. The product allows users to set the sterilizing temperature (room temperature + 5~ 126 ° C) and sterilizing holding time (1~ 99 minutes) according to their needs, and clearly display the working status through LED digital tubes and indicator lights.

Principle
The Autoclave heats water through an immersion electric heating tube to generate high-temperature steam. At the beginning of heating, the cold air automatic discharge valve will discharge the cold air in the device. When the internal pressure and temperature reach the set value, it enters the heat preservation and sterilization stage. The whole process is controlled by a numerical control system for temperature and time, and the pressure gauge and safety valve ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Check the water level to ensure that there is sufficient water.
2. Put in the items to be sterilized and close the lid.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the operation control switch.
4. Set the required sterilizing temperature and holding time through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment, heating starts, and the cold air is automatically discharged.
6. Observe the LED display, the heating stage displays the temperature, and the holding stage displays the remaining time.
7. After the heat preservation is completed, the buzzer will alarm and the program will be terminated.
8. After the pressure drops, open the Autoclave cover.
9. After use, condensed water can be discharged through the bottom faucet.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the water level is not lower than the minimum requirement to prevent low water level alarm and stop heating.
• Do not force open the Autoclave cover after boosting during operation.
• Please check regularly whether the safety valve and sealing ring are in good condition.
• Please pay attention to high temperature when discharging condensed water to avoid burns.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
