Overview
SANSHEN YX280/20 (timed numerical control) is a portable stainless steel pressure steam Autoclave, made of SUS304 stainless steel, with sufficient safety strength. The product uses immersion electric heating pipe, which has high thermal efficiency and durability. Autoclave has an operation control switch to prevent the heating pipe from working immediately after the equipment is powered on. There is no steam emission to pollute the environment during the working process, and no noise to interfere with the working environment.

Principle
The Autoclave generates steam by heating water through an immersion electric heating tube, which increases the pressure in the Autoclave to reach the set sterilizing temperature. The Autoclave cover is equipped with a cold air automatic discharge valve, which can automatically discharge the cold air in the heater at the beginning of heating to ensure the sterilizing effect. The required temperature and time are set by the numerical control system, and the LED digital tube displays the temperature and time in sections to achieve timed numerical control sterilizing.

Steps
1. Place the Autoclave at the appropriate height to ensure Stability.
2. Set the required sterilizing temperature (room temperature + 5~ 126 ℃) and holding time (1~ 99min) through the control panel.
3. Turn on the operation control switch and start the device.

5. The LED digital tube displays the temperature during heating. After reaching the set temperature, it enters the holding stage and displays the remaining time.

• Please ensure that the water level is sufficient before use and avoid low water level operation.
• After the equipment is powered on, it needs to be started through the operation control switch to prevent the heating tube from working immediately.
