Overview
SANSHEN DZ10 stainless steel electric distillation water heater (ordinary) is a distillation water prepative equipment made of stainless steel. It is a single distillation ordinary product with a rated water output of not less than 10 liters/hour, Power is 7.5 kW, using 380V/50Hz power supply.
Features
1. The whole machine is made of good stainless steel.
2. The coil condensing structure is adopted, which has good chilling down effect and large water output.
3. Chill down the water and return it to the evaporation bucket to save water resources.
4. Equipped with a drain valve, it can condense water in the bucket and improve the scaling conditions.
5. Adopt copper immersion heating pipe, high thermal efficiency and long service life.
Principle
The equipment heats the water in the evaporation bucket through a copper immersion heating pipe to produce steam. The steam is cooled down by the coil condenser and converted into distillation water. After the condensation is completed, the chilled down water is returned to the evaporation bucket for domestic circulation to improve water utilization.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V/50Hz).
2. Inject raw water into the evaporation bucket.
3. Turn on the equipment for heating distillation.
4. Collect the distillation water produced.
5. Regularly discharge the condensed water in the bucket through the drain valve.
