Principle
The Autoclave is designed with gravity exhaust steam, generating steam through immersion electric heating pipe heating, using the principle that steam is lighter than air to expel cold air from the bottom to form a pure steam environment. The safety valve intermittently vents to automatically control the internal pressure and temperature, ensuring effective sterilization at the set Operating Pressure (0.14~ 0.165 MPa) and temperature (conventional 126 ° C or optional 121 ° C).

Steps
1. Manually add water to the water level displayed by the Glass level tube.
2. Place items to be sterilized in Autoclave.
3. Close and lock and gently open the flap.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V/50Hz), and the device starts heating.
5. Observe the internal pressure and temperature through the pressure gauge, and the safety valve automatically controls the exhaust.
6. After the sterilizing process, cut off the power supply, and open the drain valve to discharge condensed water after the pressure drops to a safe range.
7. After the internal pressure is fully released, open the flap and remove the item.
Notice
• Please make sure to manually add water to the specified water level before use.
• During the sterilizing process, do not force open the flap.
• Do not open Autoclave until the pressure is fully released.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve to prevent scaling.
• When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to positioning.
• Pay attention to the pressure gauge display to ensure that the work is within the set pressure (0.14 to 0.165 MPa) and temperature (conventional 126 ° C or optional 121 ° C) range.
