Overview
The SANSHEN 75A vertical pressure steam Autoclave is a durable device made of stainless steel with a 75L volume, suitable for sterilizing needs in medical, laboratory and other places. It uses manual water addition, displays the water level through a Glass level tube, and uses gravity exhaust to ensure a pure steam environment in the cavity for reliable sterilizing results.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel, it is durable.
2. Lightly open the clamshell structure, easy and labor-saving.
3. Add water manually, Glass level tube shows water level.
4. Gravity exhaust method design, pure steam environment in the cavity, reliable sterilizing effect.
5. Radial self-expanding silicone rubber sealing ring, good sealing effect, long service life.
6. Safety valve intermittent exhaust, automatic control of internal pressure and temperature.
7. The pressure gauge simultaneously displays the pressure and temperature in the barrel, making it clear.
8. The drain valve can discharge the condensed water in the bucket to prevent scaling.
9. The universal caster with brakes is easy to shift and easy to position.
10. Immersion electric heating tube, high thermal efficiency.
Principle
The Autoclave uses the gravity exhaust method to generate steam by heating, and uses the principle that steam is lighter than air to expel cold air from the bottom to form a pure steam environment in the cavity. The safety valve intermittently vents to automatically control the internal pressure and temperature, ensuring effective sterilization at the set Operating Pressure (0.14~ 0.165 MPa) and temperature (conventional 126 ° C, optional 121 ° C).
Applications
Medical, laboratory
Steps
1. Manually add water to the Glass level tube to display the appropriate water level.
2. Place items to be sterilized and close the flip.
3. Turn on the power supply (220V/50Hz) and start the heating.
4. Monitor internal pressure and temperature through a pressure gauge.
5. The safety valve automatically ventes intermittently to control pressure and temperature.
6. After sterilizing, cut off the power supply, and open the flip after the pressure drops to a safe range.
7. Use the drain valve to drain the condensed water in the bucket.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (220V/50Hz).
• When adding water, please pay attention to observe the Glass level tube to avoid excessive or insufficient.
• During the sterilizing process, do not force open the flap.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve to prevent scaling.
• When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to positioning.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the rated Operating Pressure (0.14~ 0.165MPa) and temperature (conventional 126 ° C).
Equipment should be properly cleaned and maintained after use.
