The SANSHEN 100A Vertical Pressure Steam Autoclave is a durable device made of stainless steel. It is designed with gravity exhaust to ensure a pure steam environment in the chamber for reliable sterilization.

Principle
The Autoclave is designed by gravity exhaust steam method. It generates steam through immersion electric heating pipe heating. Using the principle that steam is lighter than air, cold air is discharged from the bottom to form a pure steam environment. The safety valve intermittently vents to automatically control the internal pressure and temperature, so as to achieve effective heating and humidity sterilization.
Steps
1. Manually add water to the water level displayed by the Glass level tube.
2. Put in the items to be sterilized and close the flip.
3. Start the equipment and the immersion electric heating pipe starts heating to produce steam.
4. Exhaust cold air through gravity exhaust method to establish a pure steam environment.
5. The safety valve automatically ventes intermittently to control internal pressure and temperature (conventional 126 ° C or optional 121 ° C).
6. After sterilizing is completed, the drain valve can be opened to discharge condensed water to prevent scaling.
7. After the pressure drops to a safe range, open the flap and remove the item.
Notice
• Please make sure to manually add water to the specified water level before operation.
• During the sterilizing process, the pressure gauge shows both pressure and temperature, please pay close attention.
• The safety valve automatically controls the pressure and temperature, please do not adjust it at will.
• After sterilizing, the flap can only be opened after the pressure is completely reduced.
• Regularly condense water in the bucket through the drain valve to prevent scaling from affecting performance.
• When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to positioning.
• Do not exceed the rated Operating Pressure (0.14~ 0.165MPa) and temperature.
