SANSHEN Type 30B Vertical Pressure Steam Autoclave is a durable device made of stainless steel with a design volume of 30 liters and a conventional Operating temperature of 126 ° C (optional 121 ° C), suitable for reliable steam sterilization of items in laboratories, medical and other fields.

Principle
The Autoclave uses a gravity exhaust method to generate pure steam by heating water through an immersion electric heating tube, which uses the latent heat released by the steam in a closed Pressure Vessel to heat and humidity sterilize items. The safety valve and the automatic Control system work together to maintain the set Operating Pressure and Temperature to ensure the Reliability and Safety of the sterilizing process.

Steps
1. Check the equipment status to ensure that the water level is normal.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing chamber.
3. Close and lock the flap.
4. Operating temperature and pressure parameters.
5. Start the device to start the sterilizing procedure.
6. After sterilizing, wait until the pressure drops to a safe range and then open the flap to take out the item.
7. After use, condensed water can be discharged through the drain valve.
Notice
Before operation, ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the power supply meets the 220V/50Hz requirements.
• The replenishment pressure should be maintained within the range of 0.14 to 0.16 MPa and not higher than 0.4 MPa.
• During the sterilizing process, do not force open the flap.
• Equipment Operating Pressure Range is 0.14~ 0.165MPa, do not overpressure operation.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve to prevent scaling.
• When moving your device, use the universal caster with brakes and make sure the rear brake is positioned.
• Pay attention to the temperature and pressure displayed by the pressure gauge to ensure that it is within the normal range.
• When the low water level alarm sounds, it should be dealt with in time, and the equipment will automatically resume work after replenishing water.
