Overview
The SANSHEN 50B vertical pressure steam Autoclave is a durable device made of stainless steel with a volume of 50L. It is designed with gravity exhaust to ensure a pure steam environment in the cavity and provide a reliable sterilizing effect. The equipment is equipped with low water level automatic replenishment, sound and light alarm and intermittent exhaust of safety valves for easy and safe operation.

Principle
The Autoclave is designed by gravity exhaust method, which generates steam by heating, and uses the principle that steam is lighter than air to discharge cold air from the bottom to form a pure steam environment. The safety valve intermittently vents to automatically control the internal pressure and temperature, ensuring effective sterilization at the set Operating Pressure (e.g. 0.14~ 0.165 MPa) and temperature (e.g. 126 ° C conventional or 121 ° C optional).

Steps
1. Check the equipment power supply (220V/50Hz) and water level.
2. Open the flip and put in the items to be sterilized.
3. Close the flip and make sure the sealing ring is sealed.
Operating temperature (e.g. 126 ° C or 121 ° C) and pressure.
5. Start the heating, the equipment automatically replenishes water (sound and light alarm when the water level is low) and controls the pressure and temperature.
6. After sterilizing, the safety valve exhaust pressure.
7. Open the drain valve to discharge condensed water to prevent scaling.
8. Open the flap to remove the item and use the universal caster to move the device (if necessary).
Notice
• Before use, ensure that the replenishment pressure is within the range of 0.14 to 0.16 ≥ 0.2 ≤ 0.4MPa.
• Operating Pressure should be controlled between 0.14 and 0.165 MPa to avoid overpressure.
• Regularly check the safety valve and sealing ring to ensure normal operation.
• Drain through the drain valve in time after sterilization to prevent scaling from affecting performance.
• Use the universal caster with brake when moving the device, and lock it after positioning.
• Note that the temperature difference in the device is < 2 ° C to ensure the uniformity of sterilization.
• Follow the sound and light alarm prompts when operating, especially in low water conditions.
