Overview
YM30 vertical pressure steam Autoclave is a SANSHEN brand equipment, using gravity exhaust steam design, providing pure steam environment to ensure reliable sterilizing effect. The equipment has a volume of 30L, Operating temperature range is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 126 ℃, high temperature control accuracy, suitable for all kinds of items heating and humidity sterilizing.
Features
1. The computer board has PID function, and the heating parameters are corrected by self-tuning to prevent temperature flushing, and the temperature control accuracy reaches within +/- 0.5 ℃.
2. With low water level automatic replenishment (anti-dry burning) function, sound and light alarm system, automatic recovery of heating after replenishment.
3. The gravity exhaust method is used to design, the cavity is a pure steam environment, and the sterilizing effect is reliable.
4. Using radial self-expanding silicone rubber sealing ring, good sealing effect and long service life.
5. If the temperature exceeds the set value by 2 ° C, the heating will be automatically stopped and the sound and light alarm will be issued.
6. When the overpressure reaches 0.17 MPa, the safety valve automatically releases steam to protect the equipment.
7. Equipped with a drain valve, it can condense water in the discharge bucket to prevent scaling.

Principle
The Autoclave adopts the gravity exhaust method to generate steam by heating, and uses the principle that steam is lighter than air to expel cold air from the bottom, thereby forming a pure steam environment in the cavity. At the set temperature (room temperature + 5 ° C to 126 ° C) and pressure (with temperature change), maintain a certain time (1~ 99.59 minutes/hour) to realize the heating and humidity sterilization of articles.

Steps
1. Check that the power supply of the equipment (220V/50Hz) is connected to the water source (water replenishment pressure ≥ 0.2 ≤ 0.4MPa).
2. Open the equipment door and put in the items to be sterilized.
3. Close and lock the door to ensure that the sealing ring is effectively sealed.
4. Set the required Operating temperature (RT + 5~ 126 ℃) and holding time (1~ 99.59min/h) through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating sterilizing process.
6. After sterilizing, the equipment automatically stops heating, and after the pressure drops to a safe range, the door can be opened to take out the items.
7. Regularly discharge the condensed water in the bucket through the drain valve.
Notice
• When the equipment is working, there is high temperature and high voltage steam inside, please do not force open the door during operation.
• Ensure that the replenishment pressure is between 0.2 and 0.4MPa to prevent the equipment from dry burning or abnormal replenishment.
• Regularly check the function of the safety valve to ensure that it can relieve pressure normally when the pressure reaches 0.17MPa.
• When the equipment alarms (e.g. low water level, over temperature), please check and troubleshoot according to the prompts.
• When moving the device, please use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to the positioning.
• To maintain good performance and prevent scaling, discharge condensed water regularly according to the operation steps.
