Overview
SANSHEN YM100 Vertical Pressure Steam Autoclave is a 100L sterilizing device with a 220V/50Hz power supply and 3.8Kw Power. Operating temperature range (room temperature + 5 ° C to 126 ° C) and precise temperature control and timing (1 to 99.59 min/h), the device is suitable for applications requiring reliable steam sterilization.
Features
1. Adopt a self-tuning computer board with PID function, with high temperature control accuracy (within +/- 0.5 ° C), which can effectively prevent flushing.
2. With low water level automatic replenishment (anti-dry burning) function, the heating will be automatically resumed after the replenishment is completed, and accompanied by sound and light alarm.
3. The gravity exhaust method is used to ensure that the cavity is a pure steam environment and the sterilizing effect is reliable.
4. Using radial self-expanding silicone rubber sealing ring, the sealing effect is good and the service life is long.
5. With temperature overrun (more than 2 ℃ set value) protection, automatically stop heating and sound and light alarm.
6. Equipped with a safety valve, it automatically discharges steam when the pressure exceeds the limit of 0.17 MPa to protect the safety of the equipment.
7. Equipped with a drain valve, the condensed water in the bucket can be discharged to help prevent scaling.
8. Equipped with universal casters with brakes for easy equipment movement and positioning.
9. Adopt immersion electric heating tube, high thermal efficiency.
Principle
The Autoclave works based on the principle that saturated steam has a higher temperature and stronger penetration under pressure. Water is heated to produce steam through an immersion electric heating tube, and the cold air in the cavity is discharged by gravity exhaust steam method to form a pure steam environment. In a confined space, as the steam pressure increases, the temperature rises synchronously to a set value (such as 121 ° C or 126 ° C), and the preset time is maintained, so that the protein of the microorganism is denatured and coagulated to achieve the purpose of sterilizing.
Applications
Medical and health institutions, laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, Food processing, scientific research institutes and other fields that need to sterilize equipment, utensils, foster bases, waste and other items.
Standards
No specific standards were mentioned in the data.
Steps
1. Check the water level of the equipment to ensure that the water source connection is normal (replenishment pressure ≥ 0.2 ≤ 0.4MPa).
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing chamber, close and lock the Autoclave door.
3. Operating temperature (RT + 5~ 126 ℃) and holding time (1~ 99.59 minutes) are set through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start heating. The equipment will automatically exhaust, heat up, keep warm and chill down (or exhaust) process.
5. After the sterilizing procedure is completed, the Autoclave door can be opened to remove items after the pressure gauge indicates zero and the temperature drops to a safe range.
6. Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve.
Notice
Equipment must be reliably grounded and operated by professionals.
• Before sterilizing, it is necessary to ensure that the items to be sterilized are resistant to moisture, high temperature and high voltage, and should not be too full and too tight to facilitate steam penetration.
• Before the pressure is fully released and the temperature is not reduced to a safe range, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the Autoclave door.
• During the operation of the equipment, attention should be paid to its working status. In case of overtemperature or overpressure alarm, it needs to be handled according to the procedures.
• Regularly check whether safety components such as safety valves and sealing rings are normal, and maintain them as required.
• Use the required water quality and regularly drain through the drain valve to reduce scale accumulation.
When moving the device, pay attention to the use of universal casters with brakes and ensure that they are fixed.
