Principle
The device controls the sterilizing process through a microcomputer program. First, the cold air is automatically discharged, and then the steam is generated by heating distillation water or purified water through an immersion electric heating pipe. In the closed sterilizing chamber, the steam pressure rises and the temperature rises to a set value (such as 126 ° C). The computer board precisely controls the temperature through the PID function, and automatically completes the holding time and pressure relief process after the set time is reached to ensure the sterilizing effect.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment power supply (220V/50Hz) and chilled down water (pressure ≥ 0.2MPa) are connected normally.
2. Add distillation water or purified water to the Autoclave to the specified water level.
3. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing chamber and make sure the lid is closed in place.
4. Operating temperature (RT + 5~ 126 ℃) and timing time (1~ 99.59min/h) are set through the control panel.
5. Start the sterilizing process, the equipment will run automatically, including the discharge of cold air, heating, insulation and pressure relief.
6. After the procedure is completed, the lid can be opened to remove the item after the pressure has dropped to a safe state (indicated by the LED light).
7. After use, the condensed water in the bucket can be discharged through the drain valve.
Notice
• Must use distillation or purified water as heating medium.
• Before running, make sure that the water pressure of the chill down is not less than 0.2MPa.
• When the lid is not closed in place, the device will not be heated, please pay attention to the relevant LED indicators.
• When there is pressure in the Autoclave cavity, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the lid.
• Pay attention to the low water level indication, the device will automatically stop heating when the water level is insufficient.
• When the temperature exceeds the set value of 2 ° C or the pressure exceeds 0.17MPa, the equipment will start protective measures (stop heating, sound and light alarm or safety valve pressure relief), which need to be dealt with in time.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve to prevent scaling.
• When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to positioning.
