Principle
The Autoclave controls the entire sterilizing process through a microcomputer program. First, the cold air is automatically discharged, and then the high-temperature steam is generated by the immersion electric heating pipe heating distillation water or purified water. Under the precise control of the PID function, the temperature in the sterilizing chamber is evenly and stably reached and maintained at the set value (such as 126 ° C), and the temperature is sterilized according to the set time. After sterilizing, the system is programmed to relieve pressure.

Steps
1. Check the water level and make sure distillation or purified water is used.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the cavity.
3. Close the top cover and ensure it is in place.
4. Set the required sterilizing temperature and time through the control panel.
5. Start the sterilizing program, the equipment will automatically complete the exhaust, heating, heat preservation and pressure relief process.
6. After the procedure is completed, the upper cover can be opened to remove items after the pressure has dropped to a safe state (with LED indication).
7. Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve.
Notice
• Must use distillation or purified water as a medium to prevent scaling.
• Make sure the lid is completely closed in place before operation, otherwise the equipment will not be heated.
• When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the lid when there is pressure in the cavity.
• Pay attention to the water level indicator to prevent low water level operation.
When the equipment alarms (e.g. over-temperature, over-pressure), it should be checked and dealt with in a timely manner.
• When moving your device, use the universal caster with brakes and make sure the rear brake is positioned.
• Regular maintenance, discharge condensed water through drain valve.
• Ensure that the chilled down water pressure is not less than 0.2 MPa.
