Principle
The Autoclave controls the entire sterilizing process through a microcomputer program. First, the cold air is automatically discharged, and then the distillation water or purified water is heated by an immersion electric heating pipe to produce high-temperature saturated steam. Operating temperature (e.g. 126 ° C) and pressure are maintained under the precise control of the PID function to achieve the sterilizing effect. After sterilizing is completed, the system is programmed to relieve pressure.

Steps
1. Check the water level and make sure distillation or purified water is used.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing chamber.
3. Close the top cover and ensure it is in place.
4. Operating temperature and sterilizing time through the control panel.
5. Start the device, and the microcomputer will automatically control the sterilizing program.
6. After sterilizing, wait for the pressure safety instruction before opening the lid to take out the item.
7. Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve.
Notice
• Must use distillation or purified water as the medium.
• Ensure chilled down water pressure ≥ 0.2MPa.
• When the lid is not closed in place, the device will not heat, please pay attention to the indicator light status.
• During the sterilizing process, if the temperature exceeds the set value of 2 ° C or the pressure exceeds 0.17MPa, the equipment will automatically protect and alarm.
• When there is pressure in the cavity, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the lid.
• Pay attention to the low water level prompt and replenish water in time.
• When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and pay attention to positioning.
• Regularly discharge condensed water to prevent scaling from affecting equipment performance.
