Overview
SANSHEN DZ10Z stainless steel electric water distillation (automatic control) is a stainless steel distillation water equipment with automatic water cut-off function. Its water output can reach more than 10 liters per hour, Power is 7.5 kW, using 380V/50Hz power supply.
Features
1. The whole machine is made of good stainless steel.
2. The coil condensing structure is adopted, which has good chilling down effect and large water output.
3. Chill down the water and return it to the evaporation bucket to save water resources.
4. Equipped with a drain valve, it can condense water in the bucket and improve the scaling conditions.
5. Adopt copper immersion heating pipe, high thermal efficiency and long service life.
Principle
The equipment heats the water in the evaporation bucket through a copper immersion heating pipe to produce steam. The steam is chilled down through the coil condensing structure and condensed into distillation water. The chilled down water can be returned to the evaporation bucket for domestic circulation, saving water resources. The equipment has the function of automatic water control.
Applications
Laboratory, medical, chemical, scientific research
Steps
1. Check the power connection and water supply of the equipment.
2. Open the water inlet valve and inject an appropriate amount of raw water into the evaporation bucket.
3. Turn on the power supply and start the equipment to start heating distillation.
4. During the operation of the equipment, condensed water can be discharged through the drain valve to improve scaling.
5. Collect the distillation water produced.
6. After use, turn off the power and water supply.
Notice
• The device needs to use a 380V/50Hz power supply, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Pay attention to the water level when the equipment is running to avoid dry burning.
• Regularly discharge condensed water through the drain valve to maintain equipment performance.
• Please pay attention to high temperature parts during operation to avoid burns.
Do not perform unnecessary internal maintenance while the equipment is running.
