Overview
SANSHEN YX0.6WM type horizontal Cube pulsating vacuum pressure steam Autoclave is a 600L volume sterilizing equipment. It uses its own steam generator and jacket structure design, the maximum sterilizing temperature can reach 135 ℃, and is equipped with an integrated water ring vacuum pump, which can achieve high Vacuum Level sterilizing.

14. The integrated water ring vacuum pump has low noise and Vacuum Level can reach -0.095 MPa or less.
Principle
The Autoclave generates high-temperature steam through a built-in steam generator, and uses an integrated water ring vacuum pump to pulsate the sterilizing chamber to remove cold air. Under microcomputer control, through dual PID temperature control, the sterilizing chamber can achieve and maintain the set high temperature and high voltage (such as 135 ° C) environment, so as to achieve efficient sterilizing. After sterilizing, the system automatically controls the pressure reduction and cooling to a safe range.

Steps
1. Check the equipment status to ensure that the water source, gas source (compressed air or nitrogen, pressure 0.3 to 0.4MPa) and power supply (3 to 380V + to 200V) meet the requirements.
2. Select the preset program (parcel, solution, instrument, test) or custom program through the Touchscreen.
3. Load items to be sterilized and close the Autoclave door.
4. Start the program, the device will automatically check the jacket preheating temperature, door sealing and other conditions, and enter the sterilizing process after the conditions are met.
5. The equipment automatically completes the pulsating vacuum, heating, sterilizing, drying and other processes, during which parameters can be monitored through the screen and printer.
6. At the end of sterilizing, after the screen and alarm prompt that the temperature and pressure reach the door opening condition, open the door and take out the items.
Notice
• Before sterilizing, make sure that the preheating temperature of the jacket, the door locking and sealing conditions meet the requirements, otherwise the program cannot be started.
• In case of water shortage during the operation of the equipment, the heating will be automatically cut off and the water will be replenished. The operator needs to pay attention to the replenishment status.
• If you need to interrupt the program for any reason, please use the "safe exit" function, and the system will end the work according to the safe process.
• After sterilizing, you must wait for the equipment prompt to reach the door opening conditions (temperature and pressure safety) before opening the door.
• Note that the gas source of the equipment is required to be compressed air or nitrogen, and the water supply pressure needs to be maintained at 0.3 to 0.4MPa.
• The equipment is equipped with overvoltage and overtemperature protection, the program will stop after the alarm, and the cause needs to be investigated before operation.
