Overview
SANSHEN YX600W horizontal circular pressure steam Autoclave is a sterilizing equipment with stainless steel body and microcomputer automatic control of the whole process. It has various functions such as dual pressure and dual temperature display and control, LED digital display, PID temperature control, automatic water replenishment and drying, etc. It is suitable for sterilizing needs in laboratories, hospitals and other places.

Principle
The Autoclave generates high temperature and high voltage steam through electric heating, and uses a microcomputer Control system to automatically control the sterilizing process. The system precisely controls the temperature through the PID algorithm, and monitors the water tank and sterilizing chamber through dual pressure and dual temperature sensors to ensure that the sterilizing indoor temperature is uniform and reaches the preset sterilizing temperature and time, so as to achieve effective sterilizing.

Steps
Check the power supply of the equipment (380V/50Hz three-phase five-wire system) and the water pressure (≥ 0.25MPa).
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing room (size 60 × 100cm).
3. Set the sterilizing temperature (room temperature + 5~ 138 ℃) and sterilizing time (1~ 99.59min/h) through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the microcomputer will automatically control the heating, sterilizing, heat preservation and exhaust steam process.
5. After the sterilizing and drying process is over, the device prompts to take out the items.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 380V/50Hz with three-phase five-wire system and Power 12kW.
• The replenishment water pressure should be ≥ 0.25MPa.
• When the Autoclave door is not in place or locked, the equipment will not supply steam to work to ensure safety.
• The door lock of the sterilizing chamber cannot be opened under pressure conditions, please do not force the operation.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature (set temperature + 2 ° C) alarm, the equipment will automatically stop heating.
• During the operation of the equipment, LED lights and alarm devices will indicate the status, please pay attention to observe.
• Choose a suitable way to exhaust steam after insulation to adapt to the pressure relief requirements of different substances.
