SANSHEN DZ10C stainless steel electric distillation water (re-steaming) is a two-tower two-body structure distillation water equipment made of good stainless steel material. It is equipped with a coil condensation structure, which has good chilling down effect, large water output, and automatic water shortage protection function. It is suitable for preparing high-purity distillation water in laboratories and other fields.

Principle
The equipment generates steam by heating water through an electric heating pipe. The steam goes through two distillations (initial and re-steaming) in a double tower structure to improve the purity of the water. The steam is chilled down in a coil condenser to condense into distillation water. The equipment is equipped with a water level Control system, which can automatically cut off power protection when water is short, and continue to work after the water level is restored.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and water connection of the equipment.
2. Inject the required raw material water into the evaporation pot to the specified water level.
3. Turn on the power supply and start the heating.
4. The equipment automatically carries out the distillation process, and automatically protects and replenishes water when there is a lack of water.
5. Collect the distillation water produced.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and perform cleaning and maintenance.
