SANSHEN TZ100 stainless steel tower steam heavy distillation water is a distillation water prepative equipment with double tower and double structure design. The whole machine is made of good stainless steel, and the water output can reach ≥ 100L/h, which is suitable for occasions requiring high-purity distillation water.

Principle
The equipment is heated by external steam (supply pressure < 0.4MPa) for two-stage distillation process of initial steam and re-steam. The steam is condensed in the condensing coil by chilled down water (chilled down water pressure < 0.2MPa) to form high-purity distillation water. The equipment has the function of water shortage protection. When the water level is insufficient, the heating will be automatically cut off, and the work will continue after the water level is restored.
