Overview
SANSHEN TZ200 stainless steel tower steam heavy distillation water is a high-efficiency distillation water prepative equipment with double tower and double structure design. The whole machine is made of good stainless steel, equipped with coil condensing structure and copper immersion electric heating pipe, designed to provide stable and large Flow rate of heavy distillation water.

Principle
The equipment uses external steam as a heat source to purify raw water through a two-stage distillation process of primary and re-steaming. Steam heating evaporates the water, and the steam is cooled down through the condensation coil to condense into distillation water, and then enters the second-stage distillation tower for secondary distillation to obtain high-purity heavy distillation water. The equipment has an automatic water level control function to ensure the continuous and stable distillation process.
Steps
1. Connect the external steam source of the equipment (the steam supply pressure needs to be ≥ 0.4MPa) and the chilled down water source (the chilled down water pressure needs to be ≥ 0.2MPa).
2. Check and ensure that the water level in the initial steaming and re-steaming tower is at the normal working interval.
3. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
4. The equipment will automatically start the heating and distillation process to produce heavy distillation water.
5. If water shortage is detected during the operation of the equipment, the heating power will be automatically cut off; after the return water is replenished to the working water level, the heating will be automatically resumed.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the steam supply pressure is not less than 0.4MPa, and the chilled down water pressure is not less than 0.2MPa.
• Regularly check the Water Level Control system to ensure it is working properly.
• Pay attention to observe the operating status of the equipment to ensure good condensation effect.
• Equipment Packaging Dimensions are 93 × 87 × 140cm, please pay attention to space requirements when handling and installing.
